Enliven Your Liver- Broth!

Below I am providing an expanded list of foods that are all beneficial for liver wellness, all of which we will use in this delicious liver-loving vegetable soup.

Garlic
Lemons
Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, Brussel sprouts and cabbage
Beets
Carrots
Cold-pressed, organic olive oil
Turmeric

In a sauce pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil, add in chopped garlic and a 1 tsp of chopped fresh turmeric. Let simmer on low heat. Next add in chopped cabbage, broccoli, ½ shredded red beet, kale, and a carrot. Squeeze an entire lemon in to this. Let cook until the cabbage is slightly translucent. Add in enough water to cover the vegetables about an inch. After the water has boiled, turn heat off. Add in a packet of Immune Broth. You may add in a splash of olive oil, uncooked at the end for added flavor and a dose of some good, healthy fat. Salt and pepper to taste. Be prepared to nourish your liver and your taste buds!
