Ingredients

  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Scoop the mixture into a bowl.
  • Roll about two tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll each ball in the hemp seeds. Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge.

  • For those who enjoy a little crunch, process just enough to mix everything.
  • If you prefer, replace the sunflower and hemp seeds with chia or flax seeds.
